连铸钢包全过程加盖保温试验 被引量:13

摘要 介绍连铸钢包全过程加盖保温工业试验,试验结果表明:连铸钢包全过程加盖保温可收到包衬温度提高400℃;转炉出钢温度可降低20℃;钢水在钢包温降速度下降0.154°/min;改善作业环境;提高包龄和实现红包出钢等明显效果,有推广应用价值。 ommercial Scale trials were made on covering the steel ladle throughout the concasting process for temperature holding purpose. Results indicate that addition of a cover on the ladle in the full process of casting can raise the bottom temperature of the ladle by about 400℃,lower the tapping temperature of liquid steel from the converter by 20℃,cut down the rate of temperature fall of hot metal in ladle by 0.154℃/min,improve the operating environment,extend the ladle campaign and put into effect the practice of tapping steel with hot ladle,thus being worthy of popularizing.
