摘要
简述了采用3t中频感应炉进行固态高碳铬铁重熔、液态高碳铬铁保温的工业性试验,并就上海申佳公司今后采用中频感应炉对液态高碳铬铁保温、并兼顾少量固态高碳铬铁重熔的工艺提出了操作意见,同时就炉龄问题作了简要分析。
Industrial-scale experiment is briefly introduced of remelting solid high-carbon ferrosilicon and keeping temperature of liquid one, and operating suggestions is made for keeping temperature of liquid high carbon ferrochrome and remelting a small amount of solid one. The furnace service life is also analyzed.
