摘要
以澳大利亚超特粉和杨迪粉为主要原料生产酸性烧结矿,在实验室进行了烧结杯实验。结果表明,外矿粉制粒效果较好,烧结矿转强度和低温还原粉化指标均好,但还原性能较差,烧结速度下降。用外矿粉生产酸性烧结矿是可行的,生产中控制FeO含量是关键。
Australian super special iron ore fines and Yangdi iron ore fines were used as the main raw materials for production of acid sinter, and the sintering pot experiment was conducted in the laboratory. The results show that, the imported iron ore fines have better granulating effect, the indexes of sinter tumbler strength and low temperature reduction disintegration are all good, whereas the reducibility is poor, and the sintering speed decreases. It is feasible to produce acid sinter with the imported iron ore fines,and the control of the FeO content is critical in the production.
