下颔末端种植固定桥的三维有限元分析

摘要 采用三维有限元法分析末端种植固定桥在四种载荷作用下的情况,结果发现天然基牙的位移变化比骨性结合的种植基牙大,基牙颈部为应力集中区,集中载荷越靠近种植基牙,种植基牙的位移和应力集中越显著;通过采取适当的设计,天然牙一末端种植基牙固定桥设计为临床可采用的特殊固定桥。 A terminal implant-supported fixed bridgework under 4 types loading was studied by means ofthree-dimensional finite element analysis. The results show that teeth abutments have greater deviation of displacements than osseintegrated implants do. The necks of abutments are the areas of stress cocentration. The closer theconcentrating loads weigh down onto the implant. the more obviously the displacement and stress concentrationhappen. Based on proper design .the fixed bridgework supported by the combination of teeth and terminal implantabutment should be a special fixed bridge usable in clinical practice.
