摘要
分析研究了镀镍渗硼层组织结构和性能特点。结果表明,镀镍渗硼层组织结构合理,除具有渗硼层的高耐磨性和硬度外,还具有高的冷热疲劳抗力、耐高温氧化和抗介质腐蚀性能,也能改善脆性,是一种较理想的表面处理技术。
This paper analyses the structure and properties of nickel-plating and boronizing layer. The results indicate that the structure of nickel-plating and boronizing layer is reasonable. The layer not only has high wear resistance and hardness,but also has fatigue resistance, high temperature oxygen resistance as well as acid resistance. It is the more ideal technology of surface treatment.
