摘要
本文利用示差热分析法(DAT)、Mossbauer和透射电镜等实验方法比较了四种铁基纳米晶软磁合金经适当温度退火后的结构与性能,结果表明添加钒元素能使该类合金的晶化温度升高,尤其是使二个晶化峰的温差增大,有利于找到最佳退火温度。钒元素还有细化晶粒的作用,并能改善脆性和磁场热处理效果。
In the present paper the mcrostructure and soft magnetic properties of four Fe-based nanocrystalline alloys annealed at proper tsmpsrature have bean compared by using difference thermal analysis, Mossbauer spectrcscopy and Transmission electron microscopy etc. The expsrimental results show that the crystallization temperatures of these alloys were rised by the addition of V element. In particular the optimum, annealing temperatures of these alleys have been found very easily because the interval between two crystalline peaks was increased.In addition the brittleness and effect of heat treatment in magnetic field have been greatly improved and the grain size becomes smaller.
