摘要 通过对5CrNiMo热锻模钢渗硼工艺及渗硼层性能进行试验研究结果表明,渗硼后材料耐磨性提高10倍左右;渗硼后冲击韧性虽有所下降,但仍具有一定韧性。 In this paper a boronizing process and the mechanical properties of boronised layer on 5 CrNiMo steel have been studied. Resrlts have shown that the wear resistance of the boronised materials increases about 10 times. Although the impact toughness decreases more or less, the boronised steel possesses relatively high impact value. Impact toughness of the boronised steel may increase significantly when the materials are quenched and tempered at a high temperature.
