摘要
目的：测定中药陈皮中川陈皮素的含量。方法：采用ＲＰＨＰＬＣ法，色谱条件为μＢｏｎｄａｐａｋＣ１８柱，四氢呋喃乙腈甲醇水（１５∶５∶２２∶５８）为流动相，检测波长３２８ｎｍ。结果：不同批号陈皮药材中川陈皮素的含量为０．０５１％～０．５０９％，平均加样回收率为９９．２％，ＲＳＤ为１．９％。结论：该含量测定方法的建立为控制陈皮药材的质量标准提供了依据。
Objective:To determine the contents of nobiletin in Chen Pi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae).Methods:RP-HPLC was used.Chromatographic conditions included μBondapak C_18 column,tetrahydrofuranacetonitrilemethanolwater(15:5:22:58)being in mobile phase,and detection wave length being 328 nm.Results:The contents of nobiletin in different lots of Chen Pi were 0.051%～0.509%.The mean sample recovery rate was 99.2%.RSD was 1.9%.Conclusion:The technique to decide its content provides a means to control the quality of the herbal medicine Chen Pi.
