摘要
本文研究了CAPL用电极材料,即Cu-Co-Be-Ti及Cu-Ni-Be-Zr合金的组织性能。结果表明,含Zr 合金硬度、软化温度虽略低,但导电、导热性却明显高于另一合金,而且制成的电极使用寿命也较长。最后,对含Zr合金的成分设计原理进行了探讨。
Microstructure and properties of Cu-Co-Be-Ti and Cu-Ni-Be-Zr electrode alloy used in CAPL were investigated. The results show that compared with Cu-Co-Be-Ti alloy. Cu-Ni-Be-Zr alloy is of obviously higher heat and electric conductivity even if it's hardness and softening temperature are slightly lower, and life of the electrode made of Cu-Ni-Be-Zr alloy is longer. The principle of designing composition of Cu-Ni-Be-Zr alloy is discussed.
