摘要
本文简要介绍冷轧带钢连续退火机组(CAPL)的概况及冶金学特点;着重叙述宝钢冷轧厂CAPL的试生产实绩,表明采用CAPL机组生产一般加工用(CQ)、冲压加工用(DQ)及深冲加工用(DDQ)冷轧带钢,其材质机械性能优良,并指出生产结构用硬质材更具优越性;此外,对若干工艺和原料问题进行了探讨。
The outline and metallurgical characteristics of the continuous annealing and processing line (CAPL) for cold strip are briefly described. The production practice of CAPL in Baoshan Steel Cold Strip Plant is emphatically presented, showing that the thus-produced products of CQ, DQ and DDQ for normal use are of good mechanical properties, and that the CAPL technology has more advantages for the structural quality products. Besides, some problems concerning processes and raw materials are also discussed.
