摘要
本文考察了不同类型接头断带的断口特征，分析了连续温火过程中接头的力学行为，探讨了断带机理，提出了降低断带率的途径及措施。
Characteristics for fractured face of three kinds of welded joints of sheet steel were investigated. Mechanical behaviour of the joints was analysed during continuous annealing and processing. The sheet fracture mechanism was proposed. Approach and measure, for reducing the possibility of sheet break were presented.
