摘要
从甜菜粕中可以提取果胶、纤维素、半纤维素等，本文重点对从甜菜粕中提取纤维素的最佳条件作了研究，收率为２０％以上，具有一定的经济效益，为甜菜粕的综合利用提供了新途径。
Pectin, cellulose and semicellulose etc. may be extracted from sugar-the pulp.The optimal condition of the extraction of Cellulose from sugar-beet pulp has been studiedand the yield of the extraction is more than 20%. It offers a new economic path way ofcomprehensive utilization of sugar-beet pulp.
