高温胁迫对不同菜豆基因型雌雄配子体的影响

摘要 通过对4个抗热性不同菜豆基因型的高温胁迫处理与常温对照的比较,研究其对植株雌雄配子体活力的影响。高温对菜豆雄配子体的存活率,培养基上萌发率有明显的不利作用。高温胁迫导致“畸形”花粉的产生,使花粉总数增多,但因混有许多“畸形”或无生活力的花粉,有效花粉数无实质性提高。不同基因型“畸形”花粉发生率不同。高温胁迫对雌配子体结构有明显的伤害作用。 Four genotypes of common bean (phaseolus Vulgaris L.) With different heat Sensitivities were used to study the effects of high temperature stress 39/35℃ (day/night. 24 hours) on the viability of male and female gametophyte. Compared with an optimal growing temperature 25/20℃(day/night). the high temperature stress is obviously harmful for the viability of pollen and germination rate in vitro. More pollens were produced under high temperature than under normal temperature. But the Pollens viability didnt increase sabstantially. High temperature induced malformed Pollens in Common bean, which were smaller, in sige and less in contents, and had germinated before the anther dehiscence. The percentage of malformed pollens was significantly higher in sensitive genotypes than that in tolerant ones. Heat stress during budstage also damaged the structure of female gametophyte in all tested bean genotypes.
