摘要
目的研究和优化含女贞子中药复方制剂中特女贞苷的提取工艺参数,筛选干燥方法。方法以特女贞苷转移率为指标,采用单因素和正交试验方法,考察提取工艺和干燥方法。结果最佳提取工艺为10倍量70%乙醇回流提取(2 h×2),微波干燥。结论优化后的提取工艺稳定,特女贞苷转移率较高,微波干燥效率高,适合工业化生产。
OBJECTIVE To obtain optimum extracting technology of specnuezhenide from Ligustrum lucidum in compound and investigate the optimum drying method.METHODS Translation ratio of specnuezhenide was taken as the index,the optimal conditions for extracting specnuezhenide from Ligustrum lucidum in compound were studied by using single-factor experiment and orthogonal design.RESULTS The optimized conditions of refluxing method of Ligustrum lucidum in compound was extracted with ten times volume of 70% ethanol(twice for 2 h).Microwave is the best drying method.CONCLUSION The optimized extracting method and drying type are stable and efficient,which is suitable for industrial production.
