摘要
用1,2,5,6-二丙酮甘露醇与LiAlH_4及手性一元醇在室温下形成的络合物对苯乙酮和苯丙酮在不同温度下进行不对称还原,得到光学活性醇,旋光产率在6.6~44.4%之间。
Lithium aluminum hydride complexes prepared from 1,2,5,6-diisopropyli-denemannitol and chiral alcohol such as 1R,2S,5R(-)-menthol or S(+)-3-methyl-2-butanol areused to reduce acetdphenone or pro piophenone to yield corresponding chiral alcohol.Gas chrometogra-phy quantifying analysis showed the optical yield of this asymmetric reduction fall between 6.6~44. 4%.
