摘要
长江口赤潮多发区水域的潮汐基本上为正规半日潮,其相对运动形式为:H(t)=19.62+1.08cos2π/12.36(t-3.78)+0.31cos2π/22.62(t-7.08).正常情况下,海水的水温、盐度、DO和pH都存在一定的规律波动特点,其中水温、盐度受潮汐影响较大,DO、pH值大小则可能与光照强弱有关.赤潮发生时.表层水体的平均水温、DO和pH值分别增加2.01℃、4.28mg/dm^3和0.58,盐度下降-6.15.另外,本文还就赤潮发生过程上述要素的垂直分布变化以及与生物量的关系做简要分析.
Tide in the algal bloom frequently-outbreaking area in the Yangtse estuary is of regular semi-diurnal type and can be expressed as the following equation:H(t) = 19. 62 + 1. 08cos (2π/12. 36(t -3.78)) + 0. 31cos(2π/22.66(t -7. 80)). In general, water temperature, salinity , DO and pH fluctuate in different forms; the former two items are associated closer with tidal current and the others with solar radiation. When red tide occured, the mean value of water temperature, DO and pH increased by 2. 01 C , 4. 28mg/dm3,0. 58,respectively, but salinity value decreased by 6. 15. The vertical variations of the above principal elements and their relationship with biomass of the algae were discussed.
