摘要
分析讨论了黄土高原农牧交错带降水量的波动特点.找出了近40年来降水变比的3年、17年周期,并作了未来20年的降水预测,根据波动特证及预测结果,提出了相应的对策.
Through discussing oscillation of precipitation in agriculture-pasture cross area on the Yellow Plateau, the authors find 3-year and 17-year periods of preccipitation change in late 40 years, and predict precipitation in future 20 years. Basing on the results, the authors propose the corresponding countermeasures.
