摘要
氟钽酸钾经化学预处理后,其主体和杂质元素转化为钽酸钾和氧化物,用发射光谱法测定其15个杂质元素.其中对Fe,Mg,Ph,Sn,Ni,Ti,Al,Cr,V,Mo和W的测定下限为0.001%(质量分数);Mn,Cu为0.0003%;Nb和Ca为0.003%.方法的相对标准偏差为8.64%~19.60%(质量分数).
Emission spectroscopic analysis method can be used in determination of 15 elements in potassium fluotantalate after major constituents and impurity elements have been converted into tantalate and oxides by preliminary chemical treatment of the analyzed sample. Among the elements, the limit of determination for Fe, Mg, Pb, Sn, Ni, Ti, Al, Cr,V, Mo, W is 0.001 % , for Mn, Cu is 0. 0003%, for Ca is 0. 003%. The relative standard deviation is 8. 64%~19. 60%.
