摘要
建立了用ICP-AES同时测定人体血清中的Al、Be、Cu、Mn、Mo、V等六种元素的方法。在我们的设备上,检出限对Al、Cu、Mo为1~3μmol/L,而对Be、Mn、V为0.1~0.3μmol/L。这六种元素的回收率在100±20%之间。
A method of simultaneous analysis of Al, Be, Cu, Mn, Mo and V in humansreum by ICP-AES has been developed. The detaction limits for Al, Cu and Mo arel -3μmol/L while those for Be, Mn and V are 0.l-0. 3μmol/L The recoveries of these 6elements are within 1001±20%. The method can be used to directly and siumltaneously analyze these 6 elements. The method hasmany advantages such as high sensitivity, good accuracy, high speed and low sample consumption.(Received Jul. 15, 1991)
