摘要
建立了用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ同时测定人体血清中的Ａｌ、Ｂｅ、Ｃｕ、Ｍｎ、Ｍｏ、Ｖ等六种元素的方法。在我们的设备上，检出限对Ａｌ、Ｃｕ、Ｍｏ为１～３μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，而对Ｂｅ、Ｍｎ、Ｖ为０．１～０．３μｍｏｌ／Ｌ。这六种元素的回收率在１００±２０％之间。
A method of simultaneous analysis of Al, Be, Cu, Mn, Mo and V in humansreum by ICP-AES has been developed. The detaction limits for Al, Cu and Mo arel -3μmol/L while those for Be, Mn and V are 0.l-0. 3μmol/L The recoveries of these 6elements are within 1001±20%. The method can be used to directly and siumltaneously analyze these 6 elements. The method hasmany advantages such as high sensitivity, good accuracy, high speed and low sample consumption.(Received Jul. 15, 1991)
