摘要
本文研究了全血中锌、钙、铁、铜、镁微量元素的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法的测定。方法简便，具有良好的精密度和准确度，相对标准偏差分别为Ｚｎ１．６％、Ｃａ１．４％、Ｆｅ１．１％、Ｃｕ２．１％、Ｍｇ１．１％。回收率在９５％－１０５％之间。
This paper reports the development of the determination of trace elements Zen,cafe,Cu,Mg in children's blood by ICP-AES. The method is convenitent to determine elements in blood.The results show that the method has good precision and accuracy. The relative standard deviation of Zn,Ca,Fe,Cu,Mg was 1.6%, 1.4%,1.1%,2.1%,1.1% respectively.
