摘要
本方法采用固定通道ICP-AES仪器的N+1扫描通道进行多种牌号铝合金中的0.0002%-0.0005%铍元素的测定。进行了分析线选择,研究了基体元素和共存元素对铍元素的干扰情况,方法回收率50%-150%。该法比较简便、快速、准确。
A method for determination of Be trace contents in aluminum alloy by N+1 scan channel of simultaneous ICP atomic emission spectrometer was reported in this paper.The interference from matrix element and coexistent elements were discussed.The detection limits and recoveries were given.
