本文介绍脉宽调制技术与数字控制技术相结合的快速随动系统的结构、硬件、设计考虑和数字外环的设计特点,给出了实验数据。
This paper introduses the structure,hard ware,design consideration and digital outside loop of the fast following system.At last,the experimental datas is given out.
