摘要
本文考察了丁苯橡胶在引发剂存在下,用甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油脂(GMA)功能化反应时,反应时间、引发剂用量、GMA浓度对功能化的影响,通过计算碳—碳双键,酯基与环氧基的相对吸光度推测了反应机理。
Functionalization of SBR(styrene butadiene rubber) has been performed by grafting of GMA(Glypidyl Methacrylate)in order to introduce epoxy groups onto the polymer which may improvethe competibility between SBR and brittle material. The effects of GMA and BPO concentrations onthe grafting rate were discussed. The reaction mechanism was inferred according to somemeasurements and calculations.
