摘要
采用熔融共混法制备了PBT和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)功能化改性SBS(SBS-g-GMA)的共混物。用FTIR、WAXD、DSC、MI等方法对共混物进行了表征。探讨了熔融共混过程中PBT和SBS-g-GMA的反应机理,研究了SBS-g-GMA对共混体系相容性、结晶性能、热性能和流变性能的影响。
The blends of PBT and SBS functionalized with glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) were produced by melt blending, and characterized with methods of FTIR, WAXD, DSC and MI. The reaction mechanism of PBT and SBS g GMA during melt blending was investigated. The influence of SBS g GMA on the compatibility, crystalline, thermal and rheological properties of the blends system were also studied.
