摘要
研究了丙烯酸与环氧氯丙烷酯化-闭环法与相转移法合成丙烯酸缩水甘油酯,探讨了混合碱的加入量对产物收率的影响,并对产品进行了详细的分析与表征.当使用混合碱用量为10%左右(与环氧氯丙烷的摩尔比),采用铵盐作催化剂,反应2.5h,使最高产量达92%.
This paper deals with the preparation of glycidyl acrylate (GA) by combination method of esterification-closed cycle and phase transfer catalysis between sodium salt of acrylic acid and epichlorohydrin.The effect of mixed alkali on yield of GA was studied, the detailed analysis and characterization of GA were investigated. The experimenral results Showed that when about 10% mixed alkali (molar ratio in comparison with epichlorohydrin) and ammonium salt used as neutralizer and catalyst respectively were employed, amaxium yield of GA would be reached 92% after reaction within 2.5 h.
