摘要
采用均匀沉淀法制备硬脂酸修饰的纳米ZnS粒子,用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪和热分析仪对其结构进行了表面分析,通过离心试验考查在基础油中的分散稳定性。结果表明:硬脂酸修饰的纳米ZnS粒子粒径在20~50nm之间,且分布均匀;表面修饰剂与纳米粒子之间发生了化学反应,从而使得纳米粒子在基础油中具有优良的分散稳定性。作为油品添加剂,硬脂酸对纳米ZnS粒子的最佳修饰比例为2:1(物质的量比)。
The oil-soluble ZnS nanoparticles modified by stearic acid were prepared by the homogeneous precipitation method. The morphologies of the nanoparticles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy( SEM), Thermogravimetry (TG) and fourier transformation infrared spectrometry (FFIR). The dispersion stability of the nanoparticles in lubricant was assessed by centrifugal test. It shows that the resulting powders of ZnS are largely monodisperse within the range from 20 nm to 50 nm, and there is chemical reaction between ZnS and surface-modifier so that the dispersion stability of the nanoparticles in the lubricant is excellent. The optimum modified proportion between stearic acid and ZnS nanoparticles is 2: 1(mol. ).
