中空结构的超细氯化钠粉体制备与表面分析 被引量:1

摘要 这是一种制备中空结构无机盐粉体的新方法。将NaCl与表面活性剂配制成溶液,通过喷雾干燥得到NaCl的粉末。用Scott漏斗法测定了粉体的松密度,大约为0.3g·cm-1。用偏光显微镜测定了粉体的粒径,通过XRD和SEM对粉体的晶型和形貌特征进行了分析,确认所得粉体颗粒由简单立方型NaCl晶粒组成且粉体粒子具中空状球形结构。 A novel method of the sodium chloride micropowder with hollow microsphere was reported. Mixed solution with active composition was spray-dried to form composite sodium chloride powder. The density of the micropowder were measured by Scott funnel, that is about 0.3g· mL^-1, the microstructures of the powder are charac- terized by means of SEM and XRD separately. The results indicated that the powder particles were hollow-spherical in shape with 10-30μm diameter.
