摘要
本文报道一株国内分离的具有杀幼蚊活性的球形芽孢杆菌(Bactllus sphaerieus下文简称BS)的大质粒(pFWI),其分子量为69.5×10~6道尔顿,绘制了该质粒的Xho Ⅰ限制性核酸内切酶酶图。以苏云金芽孢杆菌以色列变种(Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis下文简称BTI)75×10~6道尔顿质粒为探针与该菌株DNA进行核酸杂交,结果表明BTI与该菌株为毒素蛋白编码的基因序列之间无同源性,说明它们的进化来源是不相同的。
The restriction map of a large plasmid pFW1 with molecular weight 69.5Md in Bacillus sphaericus strain 10 (BS10) isolated from Jiang Shun Province of China was constructed.There was no homology between toxin gene of BS10(BS1593, BS MR4 as well) and of Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (BTI) using a 75Md plasmid of BTI as a probe for hybridization (both southern and dot hybridization). These results suggested that the toxin genes of BTI and BS have evolved from different origin.
