TPA和丁酸钠对人乳腺癌细胞株Bcap-37和MCF-7中TGFα基因表达的影响

摘要 利用分子杂交技术,研究发现生长调节剂TPA(12—0—tetradecanoyl phorbol—13-acetate,100nM,3h)和丁酸钠(2mM,24h),在胰岛素存在下均可降低人乳腺癌细胞株Bcap-37和MCF—7中TGFαmRNA(Transforming growth factor a mRNA)的表达。提示这二种细胞株具有某些相似的生物学特性,推测Beau-37可能也是雌激素依赖性细胞株。 Using molecular hybridization analysis,we investigated the effect of phorbol es-ter(TPA)(100nM.3 hours)and sodium butyrate(2mM,24 hours)on gene expression of trans-forming growth factor a(TGFa)in human breast cancer cell lines MCF-7 and Bcap-37.The results showed that TGFa mRNA levels were decreased in both the two cell lines.It suggested that Bcap-37 was some similar to MCF-7 in biological specific and might be a cell lines with e-strogen receptor too.
