摘要
以某客户26寸液晶显示器为例,采用缓冲包装设计5步法或6步法,论述了缓冲包装优化设计的基本方法。在该方案设计中,以实测的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料的缓冲性能数据为基础,通过反复的缓冲优化计算,使得缓冲包装设计更具合理性。运用此方法还可进行物流包装的优化,具有很大的实用参考价值。
The fundamental methods of optimum cushion packaging design adopted mainly the five-step method or six-step methods were introduced with an example of twenty-six-inches LCD. A more reasonable structural design was achieved through substantive optimizing work in the calculating process on the basis of EPS＇s cushioning properties data. Besides, this method can also be introduced into logistic packaging. Therefore, it can be reference for similar cushion packaging design.
