摘要
研究了过共晶Al-23%Si合金的磷复合盐及稀土复合盐的细化变质效果。试验得出了磷复合盐和稀土复合盐双重处理时的最佳工艺。合金经双重细化变质后,初晶硅的平均尺寸可达16.6μm,共晶硅为细小颗粒状,其室温及高温机械性能显著提高,而线膨胀系数均降低了5%
This papes investiga es the modification effect on the hy pereutcctic Al-23%Si alloy wiah phoephsalt & RE complex salt.The optimum echnique of dual modification with phosphsalt and RE complex salt has been obtained the enough experiments. After the a loy being compositely treaed,the mean sice of the primary crystalline silicon is refined to 16.6μm,and the eutectic crystalline silicon becomes very fine particle and its mechanical properties in room temperature & clevated temperature have vobviously been raiped,while the linear expansion coefficient reduces 5%.
