摘要
介绍了一种过共晶铝硅合金显微组织细化新工艺,该工艺首先采用磷变质剂细化变质初晶硅,然后采用热处理或热挤压变形+热处理细化共晶硅,得到了一种适合锻造用的合金组织,并介绍了细化后组织的力学性能。结果表明,采用该新工艺,可以得到共晶硅完全粒化,初晶硅晶粒较小,平均晶粒尺寸约为13μm,分布均匀的合金组织,热挤压+T6处理后材料的抗拉强度可以达到414.7 MPa,硬度(HB)为148,延伸率为0.5%。
A new refining technology of hypereutectic Al - Si alloy is published. The new technology involves that a phosphorus alterative was used to refine the primary Silicon phase of the alloy first, then a thermal treatment or a hot extrusion + thermal treatment technology was used to refine the eutectic Silicon phase of the alloy. Using this technology, a microstructure adapting to be forging is obtained, in this microstructure the eutectic Silicon phase shows a granulation shape, the primary Silicon phase become finer, and the average grain size of the primary Silicon phase is 13μm. Using this technology, the tensile strength of the alloy hot extruded then following a T6 thermal treatment can reach 414.7 MPa, the HB hardness of the alloy can reach 148, the elongation of 0.5% is obtained.
