摘要
对热作模具钢35 Cr 3 Mo 3 W 2 V 在不同热处理工艺下的断裂韧性进行了研究。变化的工艺参数有预处理参数、淬火温度和回火温度。结果表明,双重处理能提高该钢的断裂韧性;在准解理断裂条件下提高淬火温度也有作用,提高回火温度则能明显地提高该钢的断裂韧性。
This paper deats with the fracture toughness of a hot work die steel withvarious heat treatment processes.After different preliminary heat treatment,the process parametersare to be the quenching tures and tempering temperatures.Resuls show that the double heat treat-ment can increase fracture toughness of the steel.Under quasicleavage fracture,as increasing que-nching temperature a favourable effect will be obtamed.As increasing tempering temperature thefracture toughness can be evidently increased.
