摘要
通过二次回归旋转组合试验,建立了筛分完全度与筛面倾角、振动方向角、曲柄半径、动力参数和喂入量的关系方程,找出了这些参数的最佳值。分析了它们对筛分完全度的影响。对筛下物沿筛长分布规律的研究表明,筛分完全度与筛长呈指数关系;筛下种子的千粒质量和厚度随筛长的增加而线性增加。
The correlation equation of the fullness of screen separating with screen slop,an- gle of vibration,crank radius,dynamic parameters and input of unit screen width is estab- lished by a quadratic regression rotary combination test.The optimal working parameters to make the fullness of screen separating maximum are then determined and the effects of working parameters on fullness of screen separating are analyzed.The studies on the distribu- tion of separated materials along the screen lengtt show that the fullness of screen separating is in exponential function to screen length.The thickness and mass per 1000 kernels of the separated seeds are increased proportionally with the increase of screen length.
