摘要
本文研究了巴里坤湖卤虫卵卵径和卵色变异特点．结果表明．同一时间采的卵．卵径和卵色变异较大。于卵卵径变异范围为１５５～３１５μｍ；不同卵卵的孵化率表现明显差异．且重量比呈双峰型变异。卵色总体分为棕色（深白）和浅灰色（白色）．前者比例较大．孵化率较高。作者还提出了卤虫卵依据卵径评定质量等级的标准。
The feature with cysts diameter and color variation of Artemia Barklica cysts was studied in this paper. The result indicated that the cysts in the same collection showed higher variation in diameter and color. The cysts diameter varied in the range of 155 and 315 μm. The hatching percentage of cysts with different diameters had marked difference. It was showed double -peak variation in weight ratio. In general cysts color was distinguished by brown (dark ) and light grey (light ), proportion of the former was larger, cysts witll which had higher hatching percentage. The criterion for evaluating the quality of cysts by analysing diameters had also been advanced.
