摘要
本文研究了光照和盐度对巴里坤湖卤虫卵孵化的影响。结果表明，光照对孵化率没有影响．但是影响孵化的同步性。盐度对孵化有较大影响．室内孵化的盐度为０．５～１５°Ｂｅ’．最适盐度为１～６°Ｂｅ’
The effect on ClO of Hatching percentage (H %) of Artemia bafkolica cysts has been studied in this paper. The results showed that if concentration of NaClO was more than 0. 02%, the H % would be decreased and even became zero when the concentration was more than 0. 5%. Hatching solution prepared from running water would sometimes low down the H % in different degree. The author had made suggestions on how to properly prepare the hatching solution.
