摘要
番红花（ＣｒｏｃｕｓＳａｔｉｖｕｓ）为鸢尾科多年生草本植物。自古以来它为妇科、伤科的良药。主要研究了番红花组织内氨基酸成分及必需氨基酸，其蛋白质高达２０％以上，而必需氨基酸占总氨基酸含量的５０％以上，这对医学、营养科学有很高的研究价值。
Abstract Crocin (crous Sativus L.),a perennial herb of Iridacea, was been used as an effective prescription by gynaecology and traumatology through the ages. The paper pays attention to the composition of amino acids and necessary amino acids in the plant tissue. The results show that the tissue conta in more 20% protein and the necessary amino acid is more than 50% of the total amino acid. That will have higher study value for madicine and nutrition scienoe.
