摘要
作者以Fisher氏判别公式为数学模型,设计了胆汁成石趋势多因素分析的电子计算机程序。这一程序不仅可诊断胆石症,且可判断胆石种类。在回顾性和前瞻性研究中,诊断胆石症的准确率分别为96~100%和95.8%;而区分胆石种类的准确率为90~94.3%和8609%。这一方法亦被用于评估溶石药物“利胆冲剂”的疗效,证实评估结果可靠。作者认为,这一方法有一定实用价值,值得推广。
For Fisher's multifactorial analysis as the mathematical model, a computer programming is designed to analyze the multifactors of lithogenicity of bile. Based on the composition of bile, this programming is not only beneficial to the diagnosis of cholelithiasis, but also to the prediction of type of stones. In prospective and retrospective studies, the rates of accurate diagnosis of cholelithiasis were found to be 96—100% and 95.8% respectively; while for prediction of type of stones the accurate rates were 90—94.3% and 86.9% respectively. This method has also been proved to be very effective in evaluation of the action of the litholytic drug 'Cholagogue Dry Syrupus'. We hold that this method has definite clinical importance and worth popularizing.
