多孔HA—β—TCP生物活性复合陶瓷诱导成骨的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 三种没孔径和孔隙率的HA-β-TCP生物活性陶瓷植入股骨和棘肌,组织学及生物力学研究结果表明,多孔HA-β-TCP在骨内可使成骨期提前;在肌内具有诱导成骨作用。较小孔隙线度的试样,新骨容易充满孔隙,完成修复较早;较大孔隙线度的试样,新骨长满孔隙则需较长时间,修复时间较长。修复后最终能达到的强度与孔隙率密切相关;孔隙率低,再建骨中自体骨比份低,强度亦低;隙隙率高则自体骨比份高,强度亦大。
