摘要
研制了一种软磁铁氧体生物活性陶瓷复合体,它兼具软磁特性和生物活性,各生物学性能评价实验表明,该材料对机体无毒、无刺激,具有良好的生物相容性,能与骨组织产生良好的骨性结合,是一种良好的新型磁性种植材料,可望在临床上推广应用。该研究在国内外未见报道。
The author has developed a new type of magnetic implant composite material, soft magnetic ferrite coated with bioactive ceramics. Its charactrized with ferromagnzfetism and bioactivity. A series of biological tests in vitro and vito have been done to veryfy that the ferromagnetic ferrite is neither toxic nor stimulus and that the bioactive ceramics coating has greatly improved the biocompatiblty and osseointegration. The composition is so good a ceramic implant material that it may be popularizedly used in clinic. This study is originated in the world.
