摘要
应用透射电子显微镜对53例正常乳腺、乳腺囊性增生病不典型增生和乳腺癌细胞超微结构观察。发现随着乳腺囊性增生病不典型增生程度加重,细胞超微结构出现发育不良及未分化现象;Ⅲ级不典型增生的部分超微结构变化与乳腺癌细胞相似。提示前者向后者衍变的内在联系。研究乳腺癌细胞以及在衍变过程中癌前细胞的形态结构变化特点及规律,对于深入了解癌前细胞的演变过程及其与乳腺癌发生的关系具有重要意义。
Cellular ultrastructure was studied on 53 breast specimens, including normal breast, atypical hyper- plasia of cystic hyperpiasia and carcinoma. The results showed that atypical hyperplasia of cystic hyperplasia was Character- ized by ultrastructural dysplasia and dedifferentiation which become marked as the degree of atypical hyperplasia escalated. Some of the ultrastructural changes in grade Ⅲ epithelial atypical hyperplasia of cystic hyperplasia were similar to that in breast cancer cells. This implies the possibility of transitional process from precancerous to cancerous cells.
