摘要
目的观察针刺配合化脓灸治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法选取32例乳腺增生症患者分别给予针刺百会、印堂、合谷、太冲穴,配合化脓灸双侧天宗、膈俞、胆俞或膏肓、心俞、脾俞穴,每周治疗1次,每月3次,治疗3个月后评价临床疗效。结果痊愈4例,占12.50%;显效5例,占15.63%;有效19例,占59.38%;无效4例,占12.50%;总有效率87.50%。结论采用针刺配合化脓灸治疗乳腺增生症临床效果显著,无不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with blistering moxibustion in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods thirty-two patients were treated respectively with acupuncture at Baihui(DU20),Yintang(EX-HN3),Taichong(LR3)and Hegu(LI4)and combined with blistering moxibustion at Tianzong(SI11),Geshu,Danshu or Gaohuangshu,Xinshu(BL17)and Pishu(BL20),once a week and three times a month.3 months later,the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results 4 cases were cured,accounting for 12.50%,5 cases were remarkable result,accounting for 15.63%,19 cases were effective,accounting for 59.38%,4 cases were ineffective,accounting for 12.50%,and the total effective rate was 87.50%.Conclusion It is effective to treat mammary gland hyperplasia with acupuncture combined with blistering moxibustion,and has no side effects.
