摘要
研究了混合稀土加入量的不同对Al-Si合金A35 6力学性能的影响 ,运用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对其微观组织进行了观察与分析。结果表明 :稀土变质可有效地促进初生α相的粒状化 ,提高Al-Si合金的力学性能 ,不同的加入量对A35 6共晶组织粒状化的作用是不同的 ,混合稀土的最佳加入量应在 0 .2 %左右 ,同时 ,应严格控制其它工艺参数。
In this paper, we studied the effect of the variation of quantity of accession of rare earth on the dynamic properties of A356 alloy. We also investigated its microstructure with OM and SEM. The result shows that: modified mixed rare earth ,the dynamic properties of A356 alloy can be enhanced greatly and the size of eutectic silicon can be reduced fully. The size of eutectic silicon grains is different because the quantity of rare earth is different. The best scope of rare earth should be about 0.2%. At the same time, other modifying process should be strictly controlled.
