摘要
设计合成了抗瘤酮A_(10)(1)的类似物和衍生物23个,包括光学活性的1。体外抗L1210细胞试验表明,在浓度为100μg/ml时,均显示微弱的抑制活性。
A series of derivatives and analogs of antineoplaston A_(10) (1) were synthesized. In vitro test of the 23 compounds including the optically active 1 at 100μg/ml showed little or no activity against L 1210 leukemia cell.
