摘要
1992年3～6月,笔者应用上海生研所1991年中试生产的EHF Z_(10)毒株姬鼠型沙鼠肾细胞灭活疫苗,对某军校的1186名学员与战士进行免疫接种,接种率为94.2%。按人次计算,接种反应发生率为0.62%,且反应轻微,无异常反应,安全性好。疫苗中和抗体、HI抗体和IGM抗体阳转率分别为70～30%、37.3%(35.3～38.9%)、40.2%(37.8～43.5%);而安慰剂组均无阳转。不同批次疫苗接种反应发生率与免疫效果差异均无显著性,生产工艺较稳定。0、7、28天或0、30、60天两种程序免疫,效果未见明显差别。
From March to June in 1992, the numbers of 1180 students and soldiers from some millital school have been immunized with Apodemus type strain in Meriones renal cell-inactived vaccine, produced by Shaing hai sero-zacciae institute in 1991. The cozerage of immunization is 93.5 percent, and the reaction rate after vaccination was 0.62 percent. The reaction all belong to mild. There were np abnormal reaction was found. This show that the vaccine have good safity. The neutration antibody against HI-antibody and IgM antibody to transferred to positive rate after vaccination were 70～80 percent and 37.3～40.2 percent respectively, but the consolation agent given for control gr(?) re(?)eal negative. There no obvio(?)s diffirences ware found in diffirent patch of prodicts that incl(?)ded in reaction rate and immunization efficacy. The effectiveness of vaccine could be lasting for 30 or 60 days.
