摘要
为配合经皮穿刺气囊二尖瓣成形术的开展,在30例成人心脏标本测量了与术式播管有关的结构。卵圆窝上下缘间的距离为2.7cm,前后缘间的距离为1.7cm,平均面积为3.8cm^2。从上腔静脉口中点到卵圆窝中点的距离为4.3cm,到右房室口上缘的距离为4.4cm。从下腔静脉口中点到卵圆窝中点的距离为3.4cm。根据观察结果,推荐了导管通过房间隔的穿刺部位和临床应用要点。
In order to promote the percutaneous perforate balloon mitral valvuloplasty,the structurerelated to the catheter operation have been measured on 30 adult heart specimins.The distancebetween the superior and inferior margins of oval fossa is 2.7cm,and is 1.7cm from the anteriorto the posterior margin,with an average area of 3.8cm 2.It is measured as 4.3cm and 4.4cm re-spectively from the center of the superior vena cava orifice to the midpoint of oval fossa and to thesuperior margin of the right atrio-ventricular orifice,and is about 3.4cm from the center of theisferior vena cava ofifice to the midpoint of the oval fossa.The catheter puncture point throughthe interatrial septem were recommended based on the anatomical data.
