寰齿间距的放射学测量及其临床意义 被引量:44

摘要 报告对151例正常国人寰齿间距(atlanto-dentalinterval,ADD的放射学测量结果,提出当成人ADI≥4mm、小儿ADI≥5mm时即可诊断寰枢椎不稳,而成人ADI超过3mm时应高应怀疑寰枢椎不移,但尚须结合临床其他检查方可确诊。仅仅根据ADI的改变来判定寰椎横韧带是否断裂并不可靠。
