摘要
目的:筛选对胃癌有效的药物,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法用四氮唑蓝快速比色法(MTT法)对人胃癌BGC-823细胞和胃癌实体瘤细胞进行7种化疗药物敏感性试验.结果7种化疗药物对BGC-823细胞和实体瘤细胞的生长均有一定的抑制作用.其敏感性顺序为DDP>MMC>ADM>VP-16>5-Fu>Ara-C>VCR,但不同个体的药物敏感性有所差异。结论在胃癌药敏试验中.MTT法能筛选有效的化疗药物,合理设计化疗方案,为临床化疗个体化用药提供客观依据。
To select effective chemotherapy drugs for clinical treatment of huamn gastric cancer cell. Methods Chemosensitivities of seven chemotherapy drugs to human gastric cancer cells were detected with MTT rapid colorimetric assay. Results BGC-823 cells treated with chemotherapy drugs underwent cell proliferation inhibition,the in hibitory rates had remarkable changes in statistics. the subsequences of CI: DDP>MMC>ADM>VP-16>5-Fu>AraC>VCR;so did human gastric cancer cells, but chemosensitivity of personal gastric cancer cells showed remarkable change. Conclusions MTT assay would help to select chemotherapy drugs and compose reasonable individual chemotherapeutic scheme.
