TNF-α和IFN-γ抑制肺腺癌A549细胞系生长的研究

摘要 目的 探讨肿瘤坏死因子(TNFα)和干扰素(IFNγ)联合应用对人肺腺癌A549细胞系的细胞毒性作用。方法 实验分为空白组、对照组、TNF组、IFN组及TNF+IFN组,应用MTT比色法检测各组的OD值,计算其抑制率。结果 TNFα和IFNγ对人肺腺癌A549细胞系均有直接抑制作用,联合用药能明显提高TNF对A549细胞系的抑制效应。结论 TNFα和IFNγ对人肺腺癌A549细胞系有明显的协同抑制效应。 Objective To explore the synergistic antitumor effect of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α) and interferon γ (IFN γ) on human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cell line.Methods Cell growth inhibition was determined by MTT colorimetry assay. Results Both TNF α and IFN γ showed directly growth inhibition on human lung carcinoma A549 cell line. IFN γ could enhance cell growth inhibition effect of TNF α when used together.Conclusion TNF α and IFN γ displayed significant synergistic antitumor effect on human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cell line. These results give experimental evidence for the multimodality therapy of human lung cancer and other tumors.
