摘要
为研究英语医学班的教学效果,对英语医学班学生的学习成绩进行了对比分析。研究中采用了T分数变化情况观察和齐次马尔可夫链分析两种方法以排除英语医学班和普通班学生入学基础不同对结果的影响。结果表明英语医学班学生与普通班学生相比,英语学习效果明显提高,而专业课成绩未受到明显影响。
A control analysis of academic achievements of medical class students taught in English has been conducted to make certain of the teaching effect. Two methods, i. e., investigation of students' T-score changes and the Markov chain analysis, were employed in the analysis to eliminate the possible bias towards the study re- sults arising from the difference of the admission test scores between the medical class students taught in English and those taught in Chinese. The result indicates the medical class students taught in English have commanded much better English than those taught in Chinese, while for the former there is no marked interfere with their study of major medical subjects.
